Oh Darling, Let’s be adventurers.

Our story began on a college camping trip to Cyprus Lake near Tobermory, sitting around a bonfire and talking late into the night. A few drinks, maybe some banana boats... you get the idea. We connected and it was one of those moments where you felt like you had known one another for years. From there, we finished college and decided to move to Andrew's home town of Wasaga Beach, Ontario. In 2001, we officially started Visual Roots Photography.

Our spare moments are taken up with adventuring outdoors with our kids & pup. In winter that takes us to the local ski hill and in other seasons we can be found paddling on a river. We love to travel and are lucky to have explored many regions of Ontario by boat and car. Weddings have taken us to several of our favorite spots like Algonquin, Muskoka and Georgian Bay.
